We offer a huge variety of yoga, fitness, barre and Pilates classes-all powered by infrared heat to help you move better, sweat more, and feel amazing. Whether you're here to build strength, reset your mind, or just shake off the day, there's something for you here.
What really makes us special? The people. Our community is welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely supportive- no egos, no pressure, no "perfect" required. Just real humans showing up for themselves (and each other). Our teachers are experienced, approachable, and are here to guide you every step of the way. Expect a fun, laid-back atmosphere where you can challenge yourself, laugh a little, and-if the mood fits-sing along.
AMPED (heated) - Power style Yoga, with a wide range of music. Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based take on vinyasa. All levels are welcome, but a minimal amount of yoga experience is expected.
GENTLE YOGA (heated & unheated) - Gentle yoga, with relaxing music for all levels. A melding of both Yin and Restorative style yoga. Yin is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deeper stretches. Restorative yoga is an even gentler, style that involves passive holds sometimes lasting several minutes.
SIGNATURE SUNDAYS (Heated) - Ashtanga and Hatha yoga inspired. This is a dynamic and well rounded practice blending breath with movement of Ashtanga with the deliberate hold and focused alignment of Hatha. It offers a challenging, strength building, cardiovascular workout while allowing more room for adjustments and a slightly slower pace compared to traditional, rigid Ashtanga.
HIMALAYAN KRIYA- (heated) A grounding yet energizing integrative practice blending Himalayan Kundalini, Kriya, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga to support detoxification, flexibility, and deep release. This class weaves breathwork, intentional movement, and subtle energy practices to regulate the nervous system, build strength, and cultivate inner clarity.
UNPLUGGED (Heated) - Acoustic music paired with slower paced Vinyasa. Slow Flow doesn't mean passive. Holds are a longer, which allows for more focus on breath, and patience. All levels welcome.
FITNESS - BOOTCAMP - A mix of strength and cardio in a variety of different formats including HIIT, Tabata work and progressive overload. Each class has a variety of different moves that can be tailored to your personal success. Clean indoor tennis shoes are recommended.
FITNESS - STRENGTH - This class is formatted to work the entire body. The tempo is slow and intentional. It can be very easily adjusted to all fitness levels. The class can use an antagonistic approach, AMRAP, or block of upper, lower and core focused moves. Clean indoor tennis shoes are recommended.
GENTLE STRENGTH - (unheated) The perfect class for the aging adult or those looking to work themselves back into shape after injury. Class combines movement with weights and bands, incorporating elements of barre and pilates
FITNESS - PILATES -low impact mat based Pilates using props and bodyweight movements to strengthen and tone the entire body. Can be adjusted to all fitness levels. Heated.
FITNESS- BARRE - (heated) This is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness class combining ballet inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Focus is on isometric, small-range-of-motion movements to fatigue muscles, improving endurance, posture, and flexibility without requiring dance experience.
KICK IT by eliza -(unheated) -
13 Rounds of kickboxing and boxing inspired movement designed with specific goals for each round. From warm up, to meditative cool down, Kick It targets key physical performance indicators to maximize efforts that provide real change from the inside out. Clean indoor tennis shoes are recommended.

If you have pre-registered for a class and need to cancel but cannot figure out how to do so online or via the Vagaro app, please text us at 262-888-0581. This can be done at anytime up to 2 hours prior to the start of class. If we are not made aware of your inability to come to class prior to the cut-off period, it shall result in either
(a) the loss of the class (for those clients with individual class packages) or
(b) a charge of $20 to your account (for clients with monthly memberships)

you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.
26&2 (heated)-60 minute heated yoga class with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises always following the same sequence. Suitable for all levels.
Infrared heat is safe and penetrates the body from within, which aides in detoxifying internal organs instead of merely causing the body to sweat unlike traditional hot yoga. Your body feels pleasantly warm without the feeling of exhaustion in a hot room. Infrared heat increases circulation, alleviates aches, removes toxins, promotes skin health, and lowers blood pressure.
In addition to our heated yoga studio, we will also be offering onsite infrared sauna services! Our Sunlighten Amplify III full spectrum sauna will get you sweating quickly with it’s max temperature of 165°F. The Amplify III far infrared sauna seats up to three people, and offers a removable bench allowing for full use of floor space for yoga or stretching.
ur overhead, infrared heated panels will gently warm the space surrounding you, without the discomfort of traditional heated yoga studios.
We provide towels, mats, props, and water all free of charge.
