MIXTAPE (Heated) - All Levels Vinyasa yoga with a variety of music. Vinyasa yoga connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement.
AMPED (Heated) - Power style Yoga, with a wide range of music. Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based take on vinyasa. All levels are welcome, but a minimal amount of yoga experience is expected.
AMBIANCE (unheated) - Gentle yoga, with relaxing music for all levels. A melding of both Yin and Restorative style yoga. Yin is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deeper stretches. Restorative yoga is an even gentler, style that involves passive holds sometimes lasting several minutes. Studio is unheated.
UNPLUGGED (Heated) - Acoustic music paired with slower paced Vinyasa. Slow Flow doesn't mean passive. Holds are a longer, which allows for more focus on breath, and patience. All levels welcome.
BEATS (Heated) - All levels class with elements of Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Power yoga, featuring a Rock, Metal, Rap and Hip-Hop based playlist.
RIPT (YOGA SCULPT) - an all levels yoga class incorporating dumbbells to sculpt and tone the entire body
Barre - REMIX (Heated) Fun all levels Barre class incorporating traditional and non-traditional styles, with a variety of music. Barre class is a rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, pilates, and yoga. ... Barre class is named for the primary piece of equipment: the bar. If you've ever been in a ballet studio, this piece of equipment will be familiar.
Infrared heat is safe and penetrates the body from within, which aides in detoxifying internal organs instead of merely causing the body to sweat unlike traditional hot yoga. Your body feels pleasantly warm without the feeling of exhaustion in a hot room. Infrared heat increases circulation, alleviates aches, removes toxins, promotes skin health, and lowers blood pressure.
In addition to our heated yoga studio, we will also be offering onsite infrared sauna services! Our Sunlighten Amplify III full spectrum sauna will get you sweating quickly with it’s max temperature of 165°F. The Amplify III far infrared sauna seats up to three people, and offers a removable bench allowing for full use of floor space for yoga or stretching.

The advantage of vipassana is that it can be guided in an entirely secular way. Sometimes simply called mindfulness meditation, it is a state of open, nonjudgmental, and non discursive attention to the contents of consciousness, whether pleasant or unpleasant. Cultivating this quality of mind has been shown to modulate pain, mitigate anxiety and depression, improve cognitive function, and even produce changes in gray matter density in regions of the brain related to learning and memory, emotional regulation, and self awareness.
Vipassana can draw attention to the illusory self, allowing for a metaphysical but not spiritual meditation experience based in neuroscience. Rather than emphasize clearing the mind of thought, we observe thoughts, sounds, sensations. We explore the machinery of the mind and how it functions.
